Clark and I decided to take a trip to Alabama because we heard there was a huge flea market over there. We stopped at the Welcome Center off I-20 just across the border for some directions. The lady (sorry I did not get her name) at the desk was more than helpful. She gave us a map and wrote out the directions. It was about 80 miles away, but being the adventurers we are--we headed out. The ride there was uneventful to say the least. A nice, quiet drive of nothingness. The only disappointment we ran into was the flea market closed at 12:00. We arrived at 11:45. Most of the booths were empty, but we didn't have to pay for parking.
On the way home we took a different route and came across this mill and barn. I had to stop for pictures. Not a total waste.
